Farm-to-Table Cuisine

Foxfire’s mission is to provide excellent food at a reasonable price using seasonal, local ingredients. Chef Ray’s farm-to-table menu changes frequently with the seasons. Freshly prepared dishes feature meats and dairy products from humanely raised animals and produce grown in Chester and Lancaster Counties. Fresh, sustainable seafood dishes complement the farm-based cuisine.
